15-14 Win in PK's?!!! Talk about drama...

Let's see....Cup Final...2 red cards... 8 goals including a last-minute equalizer...and a 15-14 penalty shootout? Well that would be a recipe for a classic...

And it happened at the highest level as Olympiakos beat AEK Athens in the Greek Cup Final lasLinkt weekend. The match ended in a 4-4 tie and had an incredible 29 shots in the shootout.

Soccer Fans Can Be Cruel

Courtesy of Soccer America...we were pointed in the direction of the Dutch First Division (called the Eredivsie)...where traditional power Ajax was hosting FC Volendam, the last place team. Apparently, the Volendam goal keeper, Joeren Verhoeven, was a bit "portly" looking for the Ajax fans' taste...

Poor guy, his team is in last place. He has given up a league high of 60 goals in just 25 games...and now he has tens of thousands of fans yelling...."Ooooooohhhhh Pizza" every time he takes a kick...painful...
