Introducing...the Funky Penguins!

We had a fantastic first week of camp...great players, crazy weather and loads of fun! If we have this kind of enthusiasm, we will have an incredible summer of soccer! We just have to show you the OFFICIAL CHEER of the Funky Penguins.

The Funky Penguins were coached by Katy Reineke and Danielle Sample...the youngest group of the week...made up of some energetic 5 and 6 year olds....the FP's were a big hit.
Next up is our very popular Academy for ages 10-13 year-olds. We have many of our Utah soccer players coaching and over 100 players signed up to come to camp, most of whom will be living in the Utah dorms...officially the best dorms in the world! We have some spots open, so give us a call at 801-330-7272 and we'll get you enrolled!

Excitement buzzing at Day Camp this week!

Camp season is here and this week we have a group of 70 young players practicing their skills out on Ute Field. Utah coaches, Rich Manning and Leslie Keener, as well as current and former Utah players are giving instruction and encouragement.

Ute players coaching this week are Amanda Sanchez, Kelly Isleib, Danielle Sample, Katy Reineke, Amy Edman, Katie Brower, Morgan Skeen, Lauren Hair, Lauren Dudley, Lauren Porter, Shay Kennedy, Hannah Turpen and Nicole Cardon

Utah Camps Will Be Here Soon

We are excited about our upcoming camp season. This will be our 8th summer of offering top-notch soccer camps and clinics for young female players of all ages and experience. We have some half-day camps as well as residential models.

All camps are staffed and taught by University of Utah soccer coaches along with current and former Utah players, and other local coaches and players. Camps are designed for players of all levels.

Week 1 - June 8-12 - Day Camp 1 (ages 6-13) from 4 PM - 7 PM

Week 2 - June 15- 17 - Advanced Academy 1 (ages 10-13)- Commuter or Residential option...for field players and goal keepers. From 8:30 am to about 9 PM

Week 3 - June 24-June 27 - High School Girls Team Camp - High school teams participate in a competitive camp with emphasis on playing matches.

Week 4 June 29-July 1 - Advanced Academy 2 (ages 14-18) - Commuter or Residential...for field players and goal keepers - From 8:30 am to about 9 PM

Week 5 - July 8-11 - High School Boys Team Camp - High school teams participate in a competitive camp with emphasis on playing matches.

Week 6 - July 13-17 - Day Camp (ages 6-13) from 9 AM- 12 PM

UWSA Camps Are Here!

The Utah Soccer blog has been away for a bit...but we're back and ready for summer soccer camps. The Utah Women's Soccer Academy (UWSA) has begun our camp season. We have 4 weeks of soccer camps for young female soccer players.

Day Camp 1 - June 9 - 13 for girls ages 5-13.
Jr. HS Academy - June 30 - July 3 for girls ages 10-13.
HS Academy - July 7 - 10 for girls ages 14-18.
Day Camp 2 - July 21 - 25 for girls ages 5-13.
