Well, another week closer to the big South American road trip. We have been training hard each morning. Today's training included a lot of finishing technique work and a spirited "half-court" soccer match, with lots of play in front of the net.
Today's fun fact comes from freshman defender, Christine Quinn. Christine told us about Iguazu Falls. Located near the Brazilian border, these falls are taller than Niagra Falls and twice as wide. There are over 275 cascades falling down in a two-mile long area...
Now, if we were training here....proper hydration would never be an issue!
